Job Description
In the Lifecycle Safety department at IQVIA, as a Safety Associate Trainee, you will:
1. Provide phone support to healthcare professionals and patients, managing medical inquiries, adverse events, product quality complaints, and other types of calls.
2. Document AE/PC/MI in structured forms and share with the Safety team for further processing.
3. Receive and document incoming calls, faxes, or emails from various sources, including investigative sites.
4. Establish and maintain effective team communications, providing regular feedback to the local management team.
5. Build a positive, collaborative team environment with other Lifecycle safety team members.
6. Work in night shifts to support US and Canada regions if required by the project.

Shift: Work in Night shifts (to support US and CANADA regions) if required by the project. Shift timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM and 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (during daylight savings time).
