General information
a. Applications will be accepted through online application system only.

d. The application will not be considered unless the examination fee is paid within the time limit after submission of the application.
e. As the last date of application submission and examination fee payment is fixed through computer, the payment gateway will be closed on the given date and time. Therefore, it is mandatory for the candidates to pay the application and examination fee within the time limit.

District and Center Selection:
1. The details of various District (Examination) Centers for the present examination are available in the Scheme/Procedure of the said examination on the website.
2. District (Examination) Center must be selected while submitting the application.
3. If the process of district center selection is not completed, the candidate can submit the admit card at the district center of the concerned revenue headquarters or the nearest district center based on the permanent residence given in the application. The policy and decision of the government at that time will be final.

Examination Fees:
1. Open Category – Rs. 1000/-
2. Reserved Candidates – Rs. 900
3. Ex-servicemen will not be charged examination fee.
4. Examination fee is non-refundable

Post-admission conditions:-
1. The appointee will be required to appear under the following account/qualification/examination within the prescribed time and at the prescribed opportunity.
2. Departmental/Professional Examinations as per rules made in that regard where departmental examination is prescribed or required as per prevailing rules.
3. If the person has not previously passed or been exempted from passing the examination in accordance with the rules made in respect of the Hindi and Marathi language examination, the examination

Admission to Examination:
1. Candidates will be considered eligible to appear for the examination subject to the terms and conditions mentioned on the admit card of the respective examination, however, before the commencement of the examination, they will have to be present at the designated examination center 1 hour prior to the given time to complete the identity verification.
2. Under no circumstances will the candidate be admitted to the examination center after the commencement of the examination. A No arrangement will be made for re-examination of candidates.

Admission Certificate:-
1. The admit certificates of the candidates admitted to the examination will be made available through the profile of the candidates on the online application system website http://www.mahaprisons.gov.in generally 10 days prior to the examination. Its copy must be downloaded before the examination and produced at the time of examination.
2. It is compulsory for the candidate to bring his own admit card at the time of examination. Without it, admission to the examination will not be granted.
3. After the admission certificate is made available to the candidate, the mobile phone registered in his application form The number will be informed through SMS. Announcement regarding this on the website of the office one before the examination It will be released a week in advance.
4. Download from Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) website instead of Aadhaar Card In the case of candidates submitting e-Aadhaar, date of Aadhaar generation and date of Aadhaar download along with candidate’s name, address, gender, photograph, date of birth on e-Aadhaar and only if Aadhaar is downloaded in color print with clear photograph. E-Aadhaar will be treated as Vaidya.
7. In case of change in name, certificate issued by Marriage Registrar (in case of married women) in name by Gazette or Gazetted Officer notified of change of name. Proof of change and its photocopy must be produced at the time of examination.
