Important guidelines for filling online application:-
Before filling the application form, candidates should download the advertisement and brochure and enter the information in the application form as per the terms and conditions of the brochure.
(a) After reading the brochure carefully, before filling the application, the candidates should ensure that the certificates required for the application are available with them.
(b) Before filling the application, keep a scanned copy of your photograph and complete signature with you.
(c) Check all the certificates carefully to ensure that their name, father’s name and other details are correct, otherwise get them corrected before filling the application.
(d) Applicants will write their name in the same spelling as it appears in the Matriculation/10th certificate/mark sheet. There should be no difference in the spelling of the name mentioned in the Matriculation/10th certificate/mark sheet and the name filled in the application form. In the information related to name in the application, words like Shri / Mister / Shriman etc. should not be used in front of the name.
(e) Applicants will enter the same date, month and year of birth as mentioned in their matriculation certificate/mark sheet in the prescribed space of their application form.

Filling and submitting the online application form:- Follow the instructions given to fill the online application in letter and spirit. Keep all the certificates related to the information given in the application form and submit the application form only after being completely satisfied.
(i) To fill the application form, first go to the Commission’s website www.jssc.nic.in and click on Online Application for JPMCCE-2023 and then do your registration.
(ii) As soon as the registration process is completed, the registration number and password will be sent to your mobile phone and email. Note down the registration number and password and keep it safe as both will be required for future login.
(iii) As soon as you receive the registration number and password, log in again and enter detailed information about yourself. After saving and continuing each page of the application, it is necessary to fill the information of the next page. Login again after 12:00 noon on the next date on which you complete this work and pay the examination fee.
(iv) After one day of paying the examination fee, login again and upload the examination fee payment details and your scanned photo and full signature. If you are satisfied with your uploaded photo and signature, then submit the application form and take a printout of the application form and keep it safe with you for future.
(v) Before submitting the application form, make sure that the information given is correct, otherwise the Commission will take a decision on canceling the candidature and taking other action for giving wrong declaration form.
(vi) The original copies of the certificates related to the information entered in the online application will be checked in the certificate checking program. On this occasion, presence of the candidate with all the certificates will be mandatory. In case of non-compliance, the candidature of the applicant will be considered cancelled. In case the desired certificate is not provided in support of the claim made in the online application, reservation/other benefits will not be admissible/candidature will be considered cancelled.
(vii) In case a candidate submits more than one online application, the last updated application submitted by the candidate will be considered valid. And all the applications submitted earlier will be canceled and the examination fee of the respective canceled applications will be non-refundable.

Various dates for completing the application process:-
For registration and entering information, from 23.01.2024 to 22.02. By midnight of 2024.
b) To pay the examination fee till midnight of 26.02.2024.
c) Till midnight of 28.02.2024 for taking printout of application form for uploading photo and signature.
d) From 01.03.2024 to midnight of 03.03.2024, any incorrect entry made in the online application form will be re-opened for rectification through which valid candidates can correct the inaccuracies in the online application form. Will be able to. In case the examination fee is paid with exemption, the claim for rectification will be limited to the amount of examination fee paid.

Procedure for paying examination fee:- Click Submit To Proceed Payment to deposit the examination fee. A new page will open in which tick (V) the Term & Condition and proceed further by pressing the Proceed button. After this, select JPMCCE-2023 in front of Select Payment category and pay your examination fee by entering your Registration Number.

Pattern of examination :- OMR by the commission / Computer based examination will be taken and if the examination of any subject is taken in different groups then the marks of the candidates will be normalized. The merit list of the candidates will be prepared on the basis of normalized marks of their marks and after the publication of the result, they will be given normalized marks only.

Pattern and syllabus of examination:-
(a) The examination will be conducted in one phase.
(b) All questions in the examination will be objective and have multiple choice answers. One mark will be awarded for each correct answer in the written examination. There will be no provision of negative marks in the examination i.e. no marks will be deducted for wrong answers.

Subjects and syllabus of written examination :- The main examination will be of one paper which will be conducted in one shift. The duration of the exam will be of one hour. Under the written examination, questions related to the minimum educational qualification required for the posts will be asked. All questions in the written examination will be objective and multiple choice type. Written Examination: 50 questions will be asked in the written examination (questions related to Pharmacy/X-Ray Technical/Laboratory Technical/Nursing) according to different posts. 01 (one) mark will be given for each correct answer. The detailed syllabus of question writing for various posts is attached as Appendix-XIII.
