All general instructions / information are given below.
All instructions should be read carefully and submitted as prescribed. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the above mentioned information and the criteria/paperwork submitted during the interview. And on the basis of this, the inclusion of the following will be done in the selection process.
A candidate shall not be deemed to have been selected if he has not yet been admitted or included in the next election. The selection shall not be deemed to be invalid at any time or after the selection of the candidate for any reason or reason. The candidature/selection of such candidate will be done in due course.

1) All the candidates are required to fill the online google form on the below mentioned google link within the specified period.

2) Fill in the details of each subject accurately. Please note that information once filled in will be final and cannot be changed.
3) Make a note of the Google form.
4) Filled Google form again and all the documents as per point 3.7 in (t) to Mumbai District Disease Control Division, Deputy Executive Officer. Office of Officer (TB), Pehla Mala, Bavlawadi Municipal Office, Opp.Os House, Dr. B. Ambedkar Road, Chichanpokali (East), Mumbai – 40012 (excluding Government Holidays) (By Hand) and should be submitted by Courier. Applications submitted after the given deadline will not be considered. (Please ensure that applications submitted by post / courier will reach this office within the specified period. Please note that late applications will not be entertained.)
5) It should be noted that if the applicant does not fill in the Google Form, he/she will be deemed to be incomplete.

General Instructions-
1) Candidates are required to fill the Google link waiver form provided.
2) All necessary instructions and information regarding the said recruitment will be sent from time to time to the official number of the department. For this, candidates are required to visit www.nrhm.maharashtra.gov.in, https://portal.mcgm.gov.in/ to obtain information. No one shall enter into any financial contact with the candidate in connection with the recruitment.
3) The posts mentioned in the advertisement are again of company duration (11 months and 28 days) and they are not regular government posts. Adjustment tax cannot be claimed.
4) The salary of the post mentioned in the advertisement is the total remuneration.
5) Candidates who have been selected (UPHC) have been submitted to Civil Primary Care, Municipal Corporation, and UPHC posts in the Municipal Corporation. ○ It should be noted that it will come in. It will be mandatory to join the appointment within 7 days after the appointment order. (Candidates use any pressure or technique to select the said candidate, i.e. by executing the appointment order, the next candidates in the shortlist will be appointed. .)
6) Last date for Google Form submission will be on 26/12/2023 at 05.00 PM.
7) Print the letter on Google Form again.
