HLL Lifecare Limited is looking for candidates for the following positions:

1. Pharmacist

• Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in retail pharmacy.
• Role: Managing pharmacy outlets, dispensing medications, maintaining inventory, and ensuring quality services.

2. Assistant Pharmacist

• Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm
• Experience: No specific experience requirement. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Role: Assisting pharmacists in daily activities, handling prescriptions, maintaining records, and supporting outlet operations.

3. Officer IT

• Qualification: MCA / MSc (Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Application Software / Software Support.
• Role: Handling IT operations, managing software applications, and ensuring smooth technology integration at pharmacy outlets.

Selection Process

The selection process involves a Written Test followed by an Interview. Here are the details:

• Pharmacist & Assistant Pharmacist:

  • Written test followed by an interview.

• Officer IT:

  • Only written test will be conducted.

Written Test Details:

• Type: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
• Duration: 30 minutes
• Maximum Marks: 50 marks
• Negative Marking: There is no negative marking for wrong answers.

Walk-in Selection Schedule

Candidates are required to attend the walk-in selection process at the following venues:

Reporting Time: 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 37 years as of 01.12.2024.
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates will receive age relaxation as per Government of India norms.

   • Educational Certificates (10th, 12th, Graduation, Post-Graduation)

2. State Pharmacy Council Registration:

   • Candidates applying for Pharmacist or Assistant Pharmacist positions must provide the State Pharmacy Council Registration during the selection process.

3. Experience Relaxation:

   • For the Pharmacist position, candidates with a B.Pharm degree and a Post-Graduation degree (M.Pharm or Pharm.D) will receive 2 years relaxation in experience criteria.

4. Fixed Tenure Contract:

   • The appointment for all positions is on a fixed tenure contract basis.

5. Canvassing:

   • Any form of canvassing will lead to disqualification.

6. Place of Posting:

   • The final posting location will depend on business requirements.
