Function: Documentation & Liasioning (FDA, CDSCO, Prohibition & Excise, Narcotics & DCGI)
For handling Narcotics, FDA, CDSCO and Prohibition and Excise activities having 2-5 years of experience in pharma industries.
Job Description:
1. Prescreening of applications pertaining to import & registration, New Drug filings, biological filings, Form 29, Form,11, Form 10, Dual use and ensuring timely approvals from CDSCO.
2. Good knowledge on Drugs and Cosmetics acts and its various licenses like CT 11, CT 17, CT 04, CT 21, 28, 29, 25 etc.
3. Coordination with Internal stakeholders on technical requirements for regulatory filings.
4. Online portal Sugam related issues: discussion with CDSCO and CDAC for appropriate solutions.
5. Should be able to file applications with Narcotics and Prohibition Department.
6. He / She should be able to handle the queries raised by the aforesaid government department.
7. Liasioning with Government agencies like CDSCO, FDA, Prohibition & Industries Commissioner.
