Short Information: BEML Pharmacist Vacancy 2025
BEML Limited, a leading multi-technology company under the Ministry of Defence, is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Pharmacist (M-02). This recruitment aims to support the company’s established hospitals and first aid centers. Interested and eligible candidates with a Diploma in Pharmacy and relevant experience are encouraged to apply online. The last date for online application and submission of required documents is 12th September 2025.

Remuneration & Pay Scale Details
Consolidated Stipend (1st Year) Rs. 20,000/- PM (all inclusive)
Consolidated Stipend (2nd Year) Rs. 23,500/- PM (all inclusive)
Absorption Pay Scale (Wage Group B) Rs. 16,900 – 60,650
Contract Period Initially for 2 years, with possibility of absorption into Wage Group B based on BEML’s business requirements.

Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates will be as per applicable Government Rules.
Essential Qualification & Experience for Pharmacist (M-02)
  • Educational Qualification:
    • PUC (10+2) with a 2-year full-time Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
    • Must have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate marks. (Relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/PwD candidates).
  • Registration:
    • Registration in State Pharmacy Council of India is mandatory.
  • Post-Qualification Experience:
    • Ideal candidate should possess 2 to 3 years of experience working in a relevant field.
    • Only employment obtained after acquiring the requisite qualification will be considered as PQE.
  • Upper Age Limit: 29 years as on 12th September 2025. Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), and PwD (additional 10 years) candidates as per Government of India guidelines.
Indicative Job Description for Pharmacist (M-02)
The incumbent will be assigned to:
  • Work in the Medical Centre and Occupational Health Centre (OHC).
  • Be responsible for dispensing medications accurately.
  • Provide comprehensive medication information to patients.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispensed medicines.
  • Ensure stock accuracy and monitor expiry dates of medicines.
  • Initiate timely action for the procurement of medicines as and when required.

  • The online registration site will be active until 18:00 Hrs on 12th September 2025.
  • Candidates must use a proper, valid email ID and mobile number for all communications.
  • Fill the online application form with correct details.
  • Pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 200/- (if applicable). SC/ST/PwD candidates are exempted from the fee.
  • Upload all required documents as specified below, failing which the application will be summarily rejected.
  • After successful submission, note down the ‘Registration number’ for future reference.
  • Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria (Qualification, Experience, Age, Caste/PwD) as on 12th September 2025.

  • All marks cards, along with CGPA Conversion formula (if applicable) – self-attested
  • Identity card issued by Government of India (e.g., Aadhar, Passport, Driving License, PAN Card, etc.)
  • Registration in State Pharmacy Council of India is necessary.
  • All relevant experience certificates (as a single PDF file, clearly indicating start and end dates)
