Education Qualification:
- 10+2/ equivalent exam pass and qualified in D. Pharma with minimum 55% in aggregate and registered with State Pharmacy Council/ Pharmacy Council of India.
- Individuals qualified in B. Pharma with minimum 50% marks and registered with State Pharmacy Council/ Pharmacy Council of India will also be eligible.

(a) Candidates who have appeared in class 12th Board Exam and are awaiting declaration of results are also eligible to apply provided they fulfill all other QR. Such candidates, however, shall only be selected when they produce the original mark sheet during the Phase-II of recruitment process (Internet copy of mark sheet not acceptable) as also such candidates should secure the minimum laid down marks in aggregate as well as in individual subjects for respective category for being eligible to participate in Phase-II Recruitment rally.
(b) Candidates are requested to choose trade very carefully while doing online registration. Candidates will not be allowed to change their trade at later stage.

Sequence of Recruitment: Recruitment process will be conducted in two phases :-
(a) Phase-I. Online Common Entrance Exam at Computer Based Test Centres spread pan India.
(b) Phase- II. Recruitment Rally by Army Recruiting Office at Rally Venue.
PHASE- I : ONLINE COMMON ENTRANCE EXAM (CEE)
(a) Candidates can download Admit Card after clicking the link on Join Indian Army website. Candidate has to put his user name (which is the Roll Number of candidate) and Password as received by SMS/Email.
(b) Candidates should download their Admit Card & carry a colour printout at the exam centre. All instructions given on Admit Card must be read by the candidates carefully and they should adhere to the instructions.
(c) Candidates are required to arrive at exam centre minimum 30 minutes prior to reporting time as indicated on Admit Card.
(d) No electronic gadgets are permitted at the examination centres. Candidates will undergo following activities at the exam centre:-
(i) Frisking at Entry Gate.
(ii) Checking of Admit Card & AADHAAR Card at the checking point
(iii) Auto allotment of Exam Hall.
(iv) Attendance at Exam Hall gate.
(v) Capture of Biometric (Photo & thumb impression) inside the exam hall.
(vi) Login ID to allotted computer terminal.
(vii) Appear for test as per procedure.
(viii) Exit Biometric before exiting the Examination Hall.
(e) Online test will be objective Multiple Choice Question (MCQ). As per category of application the candidates would be required to answer 50 questions in one hour or 100 questions in two hours.
(f) Marking pattern for online test:-
(i) Full marks for every correct answer.
(ii) Nil marks for unattempted question.
(iii) 25% marks shall be deducted for every attempted wrong answer (Negative marks).
(g) Marks scored by the candidates in Online CEE will be Normalised to take into account
variation in difficulty levels of the question paper across different sessions.
- Additional information for candidates till Phase-I of the selection process:-
(a) Candidates must indicate five choices of the exam centres. All possible effort would be taken to allot exam centre based on first three choices.
(b) Request for change of exam centre or date of selection test will not be entertained.
(c) Candidates not reporting for the test on due date & time will not be accommodated on other dates.
PHASE – II : RECRUITMENT RALLY BY ARMY RECRUITING OFFICE
Proportionate to the vacancies available candidates would be shortlisted by applying a cut off in Online Common Entrance Exam result. The Roll No of the candidates who are in merit will be published on Join Indian Army website. These candidates will receive a second admit card for balance of recruitment process as per Rally Schedule of Zonal Recruiting Office (Bihar & Jharkhand). The admit card for Phase-II of recruitment process can also be downloaded online under candidate’s login (profile) on Join Indian Army web portal www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. Shortlisted candidates have to report on the stipulated date and time for phase-II at the designated Recruitment Rally venue with following documents/certificates in original along with two attested photocopies with them:-
(a) Admit Card. Printed on Laser Printer on good quality paper 75 GSM paper in black and white only (Do not shrink the size).
(b) Photograph. Twenty (20) copies of unattested Passport size colour photographs developed on good quality photographic paper in white background not more than three months old. Computerised/Photocopied/Photoshopped photographs will NOT be accepted. Photographs must be with proper haircut and clean shave (except Sikh Candidates).
(c) Education Certificates.
(i) Education Certificates with marks sheet of all educational qualifications achieved by candidate i.e Matric/Intermediate etc from recognised School/ College / Board/University.
(ii) Provisional/online education certificate should be certified in ink signed by the head of the educational institution of concerned Board/University. School Leaving Certificate (SLC)/ College Leaving Certificate (CLC) may be asked for and all candidates will carry the SLC and CLC.
(iii) Candidates with matric certificate from Open School should bring School Leaving Certificate countersigned by Block Education Officer(BEO)/ District Education Officer (DEO).
(iv) List of Education Board recognized by State Governments / UT administrations is attach as Appendix ‘A’ will only be accepted.
(d) Domicile (Nativity) Certificate.
(e) Caste Certificate.
(f) Religion Certificate.
(h) Character Certificate.
(j) Character Certificate Issued by SSP/ SP Office.
(k) Unmarried Certificate.
(l) Relationship Certificate.
(m) NCC Certificate. NCC A/B/C Certificate and Republic Day Parade certificate should have photograph of the candidate duly attested by issuing authority. NCC A/B/C pass certificates will only be accepted.
(n) Sports Certificate.
(o) Affidavit.
(p) Certificate of Bonus Marks.
(q) PAN Card & AADHAAR Card.
Recruitment Rally:
(a) Physical Fitness Test (At Rally Site)
(i) 1.6 Km Run – Up to 5 Minutes, 45 Seconds (Need to qualify)
(ii) Beam (Pull Ups) (Need to qualify)
(iii) 9 Feet Ditch (Need to qualify)
(iv) Zig-Zag Balance (Need to qualify)
(b) Physical Measurement Test (At Rally Site). Physical measurement will be carried out as per the laid down Physical standards.
(c) Medical Examination.
(i) Medical examination of candidates who qualify in Physical Fitness Test and Physical Measurement Test will be conducted by Army Medical Team at the Rally site as per Army Medical standards and policy in vogue on the subject issue.
(ii) Unfit candidates will be referred to MH for specialist review. Candidates to report to designated Military Hospital within five days from referral and review medical exam to be completed by Military Hospital within seven days as per policy.
(iii) The recruitment medical officer and the specialist doctors of Armed Forces are the final authorities on declaring a candidate fit or unfit during initial med examination, review medical examination and med examination prior to enrolment. The candidates shall be governed by Army standards which may be at variance from civil standards. There is no provision for representation or appeal or re-review after the review medical examination.
(iv) Passing in the medical examination is not a guarantee for employment in Indian Army.
Note: Candidates discharged from the Indian Armed Forces for any reason are not eligible to appear in the selection test.
