Minimum Educational Qualification

• Passed 12th Class (10+2) examination with Biology/Physics/Chemistry subjects.

Professional Qualification

• Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
• Must have a live registration as a pharmacist with the Chhattisgarh Pharmacy Council on or before the application’s last date.

• A relaxation of 5 years in the maximum age limit is provided to local residents of Chhattisgarh (effective until 31.12.2028).
• The maximum age, including all relaxations for any category, shall not exceed 45 years.

How to Apply

• Candidates must apply ONLINE through the official website of Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (Vyapam): vyapamcg.cgstate.gov.in.
• Read the official notification carefully before filling out the application form.
• Pay the prescribed examination fee via online mode.
• Ensure all required documents, photographs, and signatures are uploaded as per the specified format.
• Submit the application form before the deadline of 01.09.2025.
• It is mandatory for applicants to be a local resident of Chhattisgarh State.

Selection Process

• The selection will be based on a written examination conducted by Vyapam.
• The exam will consist of 100 objective-type questions for 100 marks, with a duration of 2 hours.
• There is a negative marking of 1/4th mark for each wrong answer.
• Minimum Qualifying Marks: 33% for Unreserved category and 23% for Reserved category.
• The final selection and appointment will be based on the merit list prepared from the examination results.
