| Applications are invited from eligible and unemployed Registered Pharmacists of District Anantnag to work as Pharmacist (PMBJK Manager) on a profit-sharing basis. These positions are for setting up Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendras (PMBJKs) at various health institutions within the district. Interested candidates must apply offline within 10 days of the notification publication. |

| Pharmacist’s Share | Engagement is on a profit-sharing basis. Pharmacists will receive a 7.5% margin on the MRP of each drug sold. |
| Total Margin | The total margin on drugs is 20%. For a Kendra with two pharmacists, the total share will be 15% (7.5% each), and the remaining 5% will go to the Hospital Development Fund. |
| Nature of Engagement | This is a temporary engagement for three years based on performance and does not confer any right to permanent absorption or regularization. |
