Short Information

The District Health Society (DHS), Salem, has released a notification for the recruitment of **Staff Nurse, Pharmacist, and Lab Technician Gr.III** posts on a purely **temporary and contractual basis** under the National Health Mission (NHM). Applications are invited from eligible candidates to fill **45 vacancies** in various Government Hospitals and Primary Health Centres within Salem District. Interested candidates must submit their applications offline by **04.08.2025**.

Application Process & Conditions

How to Apply:

Applications are accepted **offline only**, either in person or via **Speed Post**.
Download the official application form from the Salem district website: **https://salem.nic.in**.
Fill out the application form carefully and affix a recent **passport-size photograph**.
Enclose self-attested copies of all the required documents (see list below).
Submit the completed application to the address mentioned below before the deadline.

Important Conditions:

These posts are purely **temporary for a period of 11 months** under the NHM scheme.
Candidates must submit a self-declaration letter stating their willingness to work on a temporary contract basis under NHM rules.
Original certificates must be presented at the time of the interview.

Covid-19 Service Certificate (if any).
Certificate for Destitute Widow / Ex-Serviceman (if applicable).
