Pharmacist	56 – 58 Years*	(i) B.Pharmacy from a recognized Institute OR 10+2 with Science (PCB) + Diploma in Pharmacy. (ii) Registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948 (PCI/State Council). Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience.	Rs. 28,100/-
Medical Officer	66 – 68 Years*	MBBS. Minimum 05 years experience after internship. Preferable additional qualification in medicine/surgery.	Rs. 75,000/-
Laboratory Technician	56 – 58 Years*	B.Sc. (Medical Lab Technology) OR Matric/Higher Secondary + DMLT. Minimum 3 years experience as a Lab Assistant.	Rs. 28,100/-
Dental Technician	56 – 58 Years*	10+2 with Science. Diploma in Dental Hygienist/Dental Mechanic Course. Registered with Central/State Dental Council. Min. 3 years experience in Dental Lab.	Rs. 28,100/-
Nursing Assistant	56 – 58 Years*	GNM Diploma / Class I Nursing Assistants Course (Armed Forces). Minimum 5 years experience.	Rs. 28,100/-
*Age limit for Contractual Fees & Contract renewal as per rules.

Contract Period	Employment is for a period of one year (1st April to 31st March), subject to review of conduct and performance.
Working Hours	Staff: 48 hours per week (Mon-Sat). Sunday Holiday. Specialists: 30 hours per week.
Leave Policy	Admissible 2.5 days for every completed month. Accumulated leave lapses at the end of six months.
Termination	Contract can be terminated by either side by giving one month’s notice.

Attempt Certificate & Year-wise mark sheets (For MBBS/BDS). Valid Registration Certificate (Pharmacy Council / Medical Council). Valid Driving License (For Drivers only). PPO, Discharge Book, ESM I/Card (For Ex-Servicemen only). Medical Fitness Certificate. Experience Certificate (Mandatory as applicable). No Objection Certificate (if currently employed).
