Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualifications:

   • Bachelor’s in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
   • Candidates must be registered with the Pharmacy Council of India or relevant state council.

2. Experience:

   • Preference for candidates with at least 3 years of experience.
   • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

3. Age Limit:

   • Up to 58 years as per ECHS guidelines.

4. Additional Preferences:

   • Ex-servicemen are given preference.
   • Computer skills are preferred for ease of administrative tasks.

Application Process

1. Download the Application Form: ECHS Application Form

2. Prepare Required Documents:

   • Educational Certificates: Photocopies of 10th, 12th, Pharmacy degree/diploma, and other relevant certificates.
   • Proof of Experience: Experience certificates from previous employers (if applicable).
   • Registration Certificate: Pharmacy Council of India or relevant state council registration.
   • Identity Proof: Aadhaar card, PAN card, and proof of address.
   • Medical Fitness Certificate: Certified by SEMO or CMO (for medical fitness as per ECHS requirements).
   • Additional Documents for Ex-servicemen: PPO, Discharge Book, ESM I/Card, AWPO Registration Certificate.

3. Submission Method:

   • Send the completed application form with all required documents in duplicate to the respective addresses mentioned for each location by Registered or Speed Post.
   • Ensure that the envelope is labeled with “Application for the Post of Pharmacist” and includes all required details.

4. Interview Details:

   • Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email or phone.
   • Documents to Bring for the Interview:
     • All original certificates, experience letters, registration proof, identity documents, and two recent passport-sized photographs.
   • Candidates should arrive early for document verification on the day of the interview.
