  • Registration: Registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948.

  • Experience: Minimum 03 years experience.

📝 Common Application Process (For All Regions)

1. Download Format: Candidates must download the application format from the official website www.echs.gov.in (Employment Opportunities -> Advertisement -> Download Application).

2. Documents Required: The application must be accompanied by self-attested photocopies of:

   • Educational Qualifications (10th, 12th, Degree/Diploma mark sheets).

   • Work Experience Certificates.

   • Registration Certificate (Pharmacy Council).

   • Aadhaar Card & PAN Card.

   • Discharge Book / PPO (For Ex-Servicemen).

   • Two recent passport-size photographs.

   • Medical Fitness Certificate (as per format).

3. Submission: Applications must be submitted physically (by hand or post) to the respective Station Headquarters listed above by the deadline. Applications sent via email are generally NOT accepted.

4. Interview: Candidates must bring Original Certificates, Mark sheets, Degree, and Experience certificates at the time of the interview. No TA/DA is admissible.
