Short Information: HLL Lifecare Pharmacist Recruitment 2025

HLL Lifecare Limited (HLL), a Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, is actively seeking dynamic and performance-driven professionals for various Pharmacist positions. These roles are for AMRIT Pharmacies located at PGIMER Chandigarh and other Government Hospitals in Chandigarh. Applications are invited for positions on a Fixed Term Contract basis.

2 Pharmacist Grade IV
  • D.Pharm/B.Pharm qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in retail pharmacy.
3 Pharmacist Grade III
  • D.Pharm/B.Pharm qualification.
  • Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in retail pharmacy.
4 Pharmacist Grade II
  • D.Pharm/B.Pharm qualification.
  • Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience in retail pharmacy.
5 Pharmacist Grade I
  • D.Pharm/B.Pharm qualification.
  • Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in retail pharmacy.

List of Essential Documents
  • Updated Biodata / CV
  • Education Certificates: 10th Standard, 12th standard, Diploma (D.Pharm), Graduation (B.Pharm), Post Graduation (if applicable).
  • Experience Certificates: All Experience & Relieving Certificates, Latest Salary slip.
  • Reservation Certificates: Creamy Layer/ Community / Physical Disability Certificate (latest within 6 months, if applicable).
  • Identity & Age Proof: Proof of Date of Birth, Copy of Aadhar Card/ Election ID.
  • Other Relevant Certificates: Diplomas, Trainings, Achievements, etc. (if any).
  • State Pharmacy Council Registration Certificate: Mandatory for all Pharmacist positions (Grade IV to I) and Assistant Pharmacist to obtain pharmacy license.

Selection Procedure

Overview of Selection Process
  • Shortlisting: Suitable candidates will be shortlisted based on their online applications.
  • Written Examination (Computer Based Test – CBT): Shortlisted candidates will appear for a CBT scheduled on 16.09.2025 at Chandigarh. The examination center details will be communicated through admit cards and email.
  • Online Interview: Candidates who qualify the CBT will proceed to an online interview scheduled for 19.09.2025.
  • Only candidates possessing the relevant QUALIFICATION and EXPERIENCE as per the advertisement will be permitted to attend the written test.

Important Application Guidelines & Regulatory Information

Key Terms, Conditions & General Directives
Contract Type The appointment will be on a Fixed Tenure Contract basis.
Age Limit The maximum age limit for applying to the above positions is 37 years as of 01.08.2025.
Age Relaxation SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates will be eligible for age relaxation as per Government of India directives.
Crucial Date The crucial date for determining age limit, qualification, and post-qualification experience shall be the same as the cut-off date for applications.
Nationality Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
Pharmacy Council Registration Surrendering of the State Pharmacy Council Registration Certificate is mandatory for all Pharmacist (Grades IV to I) and Assistant Pharmacist positions. Candidates must submit their certificate to obtain the pharmacy license for the outlet.
Certificate Attestation All certificates should be attested by a gazetted officer and submitted at the time of joining.
Recruitment Rights HLL reserves the right to cancel, restrict, modify the selection process, or not fill any or all posts at its discretion. The number of vacancies may also increase or decrease.
Final Decision The decision of Management regarding selection will be final.
