Vacancy Details & Eligibility Criteria for Pharmacists

4	Pharmacist Grade II	D.Pharm/B.Pharm	Minimum 6 years post qualification experience in retail pharmacy
5	Pharmacist Grade I	D.Pharm/B.Pharm	Minimum 8 years post qualification experience in retail pharmacy

Age Limit

Criteria	Details
Maximum Age Limit	37 years as of 01.10.2025
Relaxation	SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates will be eligible for relaxation as per Government of India directives.

Selection Procedure

The selection process for all Pharmacist positions (Grade IV to I) and Assistant Pharmacist will involve two main stages: a written test followed by an interview.

Component	Details
Written Test	Consists of multiple-choice questions. Duration: 30 minutes. Maximum Marks: 50. No negative marks for wrong answers.
Interview	Candidates who qualify the written test will proceed to the interview stage.

Candidates must ensure they fulfill all eligibility criteria before applying. Only Indian Nationals are eligible. Age, qualification, and post-qualification experience will be determined as of 01.10.2025. HLL reserves the right to cancel, restrict, modify the selection process, or alter the number of vacancies. Management’s decision regarding selection is final. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification. Candidates must bring all original certificates along with self-attested copies for verification (age, qualification, mark sheets, experience, latest salary, Aadhaar, PAN, recent passport-size photographs). SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates must produce their original community certificate. Failure to produce original certificates will result in disqualification. The appointment is on a Fixed Tenure Contract basis. The place of posting may vary as per business requirements; management reserves the right to determine the final place of posting. Only candidates with relevant qualification and experience will be permitted to attend the written test. Applicants for Pharmacist/Assistant Pharmacist must submit their State Pharmacy Council Registration Certificate of Assam to obtain the pharmacy license for the outlet.
