The following sequence shall be observed while filing the online application form:

1. Fill the user registration form to generate User ID/Application ID and Password.
2. User ID and Password will be sent through SMS and Email.
3. Complete the application form and upload your Photograph, Scanned signature, Thumb impression & Prescribed documents.
4. Choose your Test City and pay Examination Fee Agree to the declaration and Submit Application
5. Take a print out of the filled Application form with Transaction ID printed on it and payment status mentioned as “S” (Successful) for records.

Step by Step Procedure to Register and Fill Application Form

Step1: Open the NBEMS website

Step2: Go to Examination Section and Click on GPAT

Step3: Then Click On Application Link

Step3: New User Registration

All candidates desirous of applying for GPAT 2024 shall be required to create an online profile of themselves to generate a UserID and Password.

Register using your name, DOB, Gender, Nationality, Mobile Number and Email ID. Generate OTP and Verify Mobile Number and Email Id.

Click on I Agree and fill the captcha and reverify.

Setp2: Applicant Login

This User ID and Password so created will allow the candidate to login as an applicant for GPAT 2024 session and register an online application. The “Go To Application” link will allow the applicant to continue with the application submission immediately after user creation.

Click on the ‘Go to Application Form’ button and please read the important instructions carefully.

A. Fill the Personal Details

B. Provide Identification Details

C. Provide Corresponding and Permanent Address

D. Fill 10th, 12th and B. Pharma Qualification Details

E. Choose Test Centre

F. Upload Documents

Two Photopgraphs to be submitted:
1. To be uploaded: One pre-saved passport size coloured photograph (Maximum 80 Kb size, in JPG/JPEG format)
2. To be captured: Capture your photograph using the webcam attached to your computer system by clicking on Capture Photograph button in the application form. Please read the instruction carefully to avoid rejection of the photograph captured.
• Upload your scanned signature (Maximum 80 Kb size, in JPG/JPEG format)
• Upload your left thumb impression (Maximum 80 Kb size, in JPG/JPEG format)
• Upload B. Pharm Marksheets of 1st/ 2nd/ 3rd/ 4th Year as may be applicable (Only .pdf format shall be acceptable up to 1MB in size).

Scrolldown and click on I Agree and fill the captcha for Payment.

Then Click on Submit button and You are redirected to Payment Gateway.

Pay your Application Fees and download your Application form for Future Use.
