- 29–30 January 2025: Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
- 01–02 February 2025: Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Puducherry & Lakshadweep.
- For Diploma/B.Sc Pharmacy Candidates:
- 04–05 February 2025: All eligible states.

Eligibility Criteria
Domicile Requirement: Candidates must belong to the states/UTs of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Puducherry, or Lakshadweep.
Selection Process
The IAF follows a transparent selection process to ensure merit-based recruitment. The stages are detailed below:
1. Physical Fitness Test (PFT) 
The first step is a test of physical endurance and fitness:
- Run:
- <21 years: Complete 1.6 km within 7 minutes.
- >21 years (Pharmacy holders): Complete 1.6 km within 7.5 minutes.
- Push-ups: 10.
- Sit-ups: 10.
- Squats: 20.
Tip: Wear comfortable sports shoes and bring track pants/shorts for ease during PFT.
2. Written Test 
- Format: Objective type with bilingual (Hindi & English) questions, except for the English section.
- Duration: 45 minutes.
- Subjects:
- English (20 questions based on 10+2 CBSE syllabus).
- Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA) (30 questions).
- Marking Scheme:
- +1 for every correct answer.
- -0.25 for wrong answers.
- 0 for unattempted questions.
3. Adaptability Test-II 
This test evaluates your ability to adapt to a military environment and lifestyle.
4. Medical Examination 
The final stage ensures candidates meet IAF’s rigorous medical standards. Tests include:
- Blood Tests: Hemogram (Hb, TLC, Platelets).
- Urine RE/ME.
- Biochemistry:
- Blood Sugar (Fasting/Postprandial).
- Liver Function Tests (LFT).
- Renal Function Tests (RFT).
- Radiology: Chest X-rays.
- Cardiology: ECG.
Salary and Perks
Documents Required
Ensure you carry the following documents (original + 4 self-attested copies):
- 10+2 and Diploma/B.Sc Certificates.
- Domicile Certificate or SOAFP Certificate (for dependents of Air Force personnel).
- Recent Passport-Sized Photos (as per guidelines).
- Aadhaar Card or Other Photo ID.
- NOC (if employed).
Medical and Physical Standards
Job Responsibilities
As a Medical Assistant, you will be trained in:
- Nursing and first-aid.
- Managing medical stores and dispensaries.
- Supervising wards and assisting in medical duties.
Key Instructions
- Reporting Time: Arrive by 10 AM at the rally venue.
- Zero Tolerance: Candidates found indulging in misconduct, drug use, or cheating will be permanently debarred.
- Tattoo Policy: Tattoos allowed only on inner forearms. Offensive tattoos are strictly prohibited.
