Position Title: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor (Department of Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs)
Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to join our esteemed faculty in the Department of Pharmacy, specializing in Regulatory Affairs. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, conducting research, and contributing to the academic and professional development of our students. Candidates should possess a strong background in pharmacy with a specialization in regulatory affairs.
Responsibilities:
1. Teaching: Deliver lectures, seminars, and labs; update course materials; mentor students.
2. Research: Conduct and publish research; secure grants.
3. Administration: Participate in meetings; aid accreditation; assist with student matters.
4. Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends; engage in ongoing learning opportunities.
Qualifications:
Assistant Professors:
B.Pharm has a specialization in regulatory affairs.
Teaching or research experience is preferred; exceptional fresh graduates are considered.
Associate Professors:
Ph.D. in pharmacy or related field, focus on regulatory affairs.
Demonstrated teaching excellence, research productivity, and scholarly publications.
Professors:
Ph.D. in pharmacy or a related field; extensive regulatory affairs experience.
Strong teaching, leadership, and distinguished research achievements.
Skills and competencies:
1. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry standards.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage students and colleagues effectively.
3. Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis, and scholarly writing.
4. Demonstrated the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.
5. Commitment to promoting ethical practices and professional integrity in the field of pharmacy.
