Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tablets granulation, compression, coating and packing department.
• To execute production activities in a shift by managing available resources to achieve production target.
• To maintain standard process parameters as per BMR’s and other supporting documents for achieving production target and maintaining quality.
• Prepare of Master Documents, BMR & BPR.
• To ensure and maintain cGMP in the Plant.
• To ensure and verify Raw materials dispensing, Calibration of weighing balance
• To check cleaning activities as per type of change over,
• To check the product parameters as per BMR specification, Preparation of BMR, Protocol, Amendment & Addendum
• To initiate the change control
• To review protocol
