Criteria	Details
Who Can Apply?	Applicants who have superannuated (retired) from service.
Retirement Period	Candidates must have superannuated after 31.12.2022 and prior to 31.12.2025. (Those retired before 31.12.2022 or after 31.12.2025 are NOT eligible).
Age Limit	Upper age limit is 65 years as provided in CIL guidelines.
Other Conditions	Eligibility will be as per the guidelines of CIL issued vide OO no. CIL/C-5B/MP & IR/Non-Ex./Guidelines/268 dated 12/10/2020.

Eligible applicants will be assessed based on the following parameters (Physical Attendance + ACR):

A. Physical Attendance (15 Marks) – Last 3 Years
Above 90% attendance in a year	5 Marks
80% to 90% attendance in a year	3 Marks
70% to below 80% attendance in a year	2 Marks
Less than 70% attendance in a year	0 Marks
Note: 5 Marks per year x 3 Years = 15 Marks Max.
B. Annual Confidential Report (ACR) (15 Marks) – Last 3 Years
‘Outstanding’ / ‘Excellent’ grade in a year	5 Marks
‘Very Good’ grade in a year	3 Marks
Note: 5 Marks per year x 3 Years = 15 Marks Max.

Interested applicants must fill the Prescribed Application Form (available in the notification PDF).
Enter all relevant details regarding Date of Birth, Caste, Contact Details, and Qualifications.
Submission: The form must be submitted BY HAND to the Office of the Staff Officer (HR) of the Concerned Area/Unit/Hospital from where the applicant has superannuated.
Important: NCL will not take responsibility for applications not submitted within the prescribed closing dates. No TA/DA is paid for joining.
