Zilla Swasthya Samiti (ZSS), Gajapati has released an official notice for the recruitment of various contractual positions including RBSK Pharmacist, ANM, and others. This recruitment is specifically for in-house contractual employees of NHM currently working in the same post under OSH&FW society in other districts of Odisha who desire a transfer/posting to Gajapati. Selection will be based on the length of uninterrupted contractual service (Incumbency).

Eligibility & Selection Criteria
- Candidate Status: Only in-house contractual employees of NHM working in the same post under OSH&FW society in other districts of Odisha are eligible to apply.
- Selection Process: For the calculation of incumbency, the last uninterrupted service in the same post under the society shall be taken into account. Candidates with the highest length of service will be repositioned.
- Certification: Application must be accompanied by due certification/NOC from the concerned authority (CDM&PHO-cum-DMD).
- Category Records: Must belong to records including UR, SC, ST, SEBC, PWD, or Women as per the original service record.

Documents to be Enclosed (Self-Attested)
- NOC with Continuation Certificate & Experience Certificate issued by concerned CDM&PHO.
- Recent passport size photograph (to be pasted on the form).
- Self-attested copy of Identity Proof (Aadhar Card/Voter ID/PAN/DL).
- Self-attested copies of all Academic Certificates & Mark Sheets.
- Copy of Valid Contract Renewal Order.
