  • Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma) or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy (B. Pharma) from a recognized institution.
  • Registration with the Odisha State Pharmacy Council is mandatory.

Experience:

  • While freshers can apply, preference will be given to candidates already working under NHM in other districts.

Age Limit:

  • 18 to 32 years as of the application closing date (Relaxation for reserved categories as per government norms).

Required Documents:

  • Filled-in application form (available on the district portal).
  • Passport size photograph.
  • Copies of educational qualification certificates and relevant experience documents.
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer if applying as an in-house candidate.
