| NLC India Limited (NLCIL), a “Navratna” Public Sector Enterprise, invites online applications from eligible candidates residing in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry for Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices Act, 1961. This is a golden opportunity for ITI passed candidates for Trade Apprenticeship and Engineering/Non-Engineering Graduates for Graduate Apprenticeship. This notification includes specific openings for Pharmacy Graduates. Interested candidates must apply online and submit their applications with necessary documents by October 27, 2025. |

Eligibility Criteria
| General Eligibility Requirements | |

| Age Limit | Candidates must have completed 18 years of age as on April 01, 2025. (Date of birth on or before 01.04.2007). |
| Nationality | Indian Nationals from Tamil Nadu and Puducherry only. |
| Educational Qualification | As per specific apprenticeship trade/discipline (detailed below). |
| OBC Reservation | OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate with validity from 01-04-2025 to 31-03-2026 must be submitted. BC/MBC certificates will not be accepted. |
| Prior Training | Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961, are not eligible. |
| Employment Guarantee | NLCIL does not guarantee permanent employment after completion of the apprenticeship training. |
| Mobile Number Linkage | Applicant’s Aadhaar number must be linked with their mobile number to receive OTP for selection. |
Remuneration Details (Stipend)

| Graduate Apprentices (B.Pharm) – Pharmacy (Graduate) | Rs. 15,028/- per month (Of which Rs. 4500/- will be paid by Government under DBT scheme) |
| Graduate Apprentices (Other Disciplines: B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, BBA) | Rs. 12,524/- per month (Of which Rs. 4500/- will be paid by Government under DBT scheme) |
| Duration of Training | 12 Months for both Trade and Graduate Apprenticeship. |
