Individual application for each post as per format attached herewith and also available on echs.gov.ln (duly affixed with Passport size photo) should be submitted along with all supporting documents. The application must reach ECHS Cell C/o Stn HQ, Faridkot by 12th June 2024 in duplicate. Application received after 12th June 2024 will be rejected.
Interview Date, Timing & Venue for Pharmacist at ECHS Jalandhar
Interview for the Selected candidates will be conducted in the third/ Fourth week of June 2024. Candidates must bring all the original educational certificates/marks sheer /PG/Diploma course and discharge book, PPO, Service records and copy of Aadhar Card for Non Medical Staff at time et interview. No TA/DA is admissible. Only candidates meeting the qualitative requirements may apply.
