Under the NHM, we are seeking dedicated candidates with the necessary qualifications to fill vacant Pharmacist position sanctioned for the financial year 2023-24. These positions play a crucial role in providing essential health services and improving overall healthcare delivery at the district level.

Terms and conditions regarding contractual recruitment
1. Regarding application form/advertisement:-
1.1 This appointment is made by SLP of Honorable Supreme Court, New Delhi. (c) Will be subject to the final order No. 19668/2022.
1.2 General conditions and guidelines regarding recruitment to the advertised posts and list of selected candidates and other information related to recruitment can be seen from time to time on the district website www.mahasamund.gov.in.
1.3 It will be mandatory for all candidates to apply online through the link https://recruitmentmahasamund.in. Apart from this, applications will not be accepted through any other means.
1.4 During document verification, if any kind of discrepancy/wrong is found in the information entered online by any candidate and the original documents submitted, then the application will be considered canceled immediately, for which the entire responsibility will be of the candidate and no action will be taken against the concerned candidate. Recommendations will be made for disciplinary action.
1.5 Candidates should ensure to upload self attested required documents while applying online.
1.6 Application forms received after the prescribed date and office hours will not be accepted.
1.7 The candidate must be from Chhattisgarh. It is mandatory to be a native of the concerned district, it is mandatory for the candidate to be a native of the concerned district by the competent authority. It is mandatory to attach residence certificate.
1.8 Incomplete and erroneous applications will not be accepted. Every applicant should carefully fill the correct and complete information after seeing the instructions given in the advertisement and all the information in the application form. If any information is given incomplete or incorrect in the application form, then the full responsibility for the same will be on the applicant. On the basis of error or incompleteness, the application form may be rejected at any stage of selection without prior notice to the applicant.
1.9 It is mandatory to have prescribed educational qualification and computer related degree/diploma from a recognized university/institution.
1.10 It is mandatory to attach a self-attested photocopy of the complete mark sheet of each year of compulsory/desired educational qualification along with the online application.
1.11 For recruitment to the post of Community Health Officer (CHO), the merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the educational qualification mentioned in the advertisement (mark list of the final year of B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic Nursing. The aggregate marks mentioned in (should be filled in the application) candidates will be selected on the basis of this merit.
1.12 For the post of Community Health Officer (CHO), such candidates who have completed Certificate Course in Community Health including B.Sc. Nursing course (B.Sc. Nursing Certificate in Community Health Integrated Course) or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Certificate in Community Health Integrated Course from a recognized university. It will be mandatory for those who have passed Nursing course (Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Certificate in Community Health Integrated Course) to get the certificate of passing the Integrated Course signed by the Principal of the concerned college and upload it along with the application as per Appendix-1 attached in the advertisement.
1.13 For the post of Community Health Officer (CHO), it is mandatory to have ‘live’ registration in nursing counselling, Chhattisgarh. In case there is no live registration in nursing counselling, 45 days time will be provided after selection.
1.14 It is mandatory to attach the live registration of employment to the district office.

The marks for the selection process are determined as follows:

1. Percentage of marks obtained in educational qualification – 65 marks.
2. Interview/Skill Test 20 marks
3. Experience 10/15 marks (Maximum 15 marks at the rate of 3 marks per year will be given for experience to candidates working in NHM and maximum 10 marks will be given to other candidates.

Contract period salary determination:-
1. This appointment will be made on contract basis till 31 March 2024, the service period can be increased if the work is found satisfactory. The action for extension in the contract service period will be taken only on the basis of acceptance in the ROP received by the Government of India.
2. During the contract service period, a lump sum contract salary and other amounts will be payable every month as per the provisioned ROP, apart from this no other type of allowance/facility will be payable. 6.3. In case the work of the selected officer/employee is not found satisfactory, the employer will give notice within one month.
3. The service can be terminated at any time by giving advance notice or one month’s salary or the officer/employee can resign the post on his own by giving one month’s notice or depositing one month’s salary.
4. “Annual performance appraisal” for the length of service of the employee appointed on contract will be done by the controlling officer.

It is mandatory to attach all the desired documents with the online application and during the recruitment process, it is mandatory for the candidates to be present with the following documents at the time of document verification –
1. Marksheet of 8th.
2. Marksheet of 10th.
3. Mark list of 12th.
4. Mark list of all years of graduation and post graduation examination.
5. Related degree.
6. Registration certificate of the concerned council/board.
7. Caste certificate from the competent authority.
8. Basic address proof .
9. Disability certificate.
10. Experience certificate .
11. No objection certificate from the present employer (if applicable).
12. Integrated Certificate in Community Health certificate for the post of Community Health Officer.
13. Other required documents (if applicable).
