Qualification |
1. PharmD / MPharm PhD / PhD in pharmacy practice/ clinical pharmacy/ health informatics 2. Proven expertise in developing clinical decision support systems 3. Strong research background with knowledge of PKPD and dose adjustments 4. Experience of working in antimicrobial stewardship program at a hospital environment is highly desirable. 5. Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts in clinical context to support clinical decision making with regards to antimicrobial prescriptions and a basic understanding of relevant software tools. |

Key Responsibilities |
1. Design and co-develop Clinical Decision Support Systems with a focus on antimicrobial prescription and dosing based on focus of infection with UK CAMO-Net partners, linking existing data from real patients using pseudo-anonymisation. 2. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, data scientists, and software developers to integrate pharmaceutical knowledge into CDSS. 3. Analyze and interpret clinical data to enhance decision-making processes. 4. Define strategies and metrics to analyze the potential impact of CDSS. |
