Purba Bardhaman is inviting online Applications for engagement (on contractual basis) of Pharmacist for the approved U-PHCS in Burdwan Municipality and Katwa Municipality of Purba Bardhaman district under NUHM.

Essential Criteria
Minimum Qualification: The candidate should have Two years Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma) (ALLOPATHIC) recognized by the Government of Weg Bengal and registered as “A” category Pharmacist under West Bengal Pharmacy Council. Weightage will be given for higher qualification. The candidates must have proficiency in Bengali and must have efficiency in computers including MS-Office and internet.

Last date to fill up the online application is on 31/03/2023.
The initial contract period is up to March 2024 and it may be renewed for further period depending on need and performance of the candidates.
An application fee of Rs. 100/-(Rs.50/- for reserved categories) will be deposited to the Bank through NEFT in favor of DISTRICT HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE SAMITY (NON-NHM) Bank A/C No-0187132000008, IFSC-CNRB0000187. Bank deposit copy (with UTR no.) will have to be submitted with print copy of the on-line application form, during checking and verification.
On the basis of on-line application data, a provisional list will be prepared for original testimonial verification. Print copy of online application form. NEFT documents screen shot of payment for online payment) and other supporting documents in favour of age proof, caste. educational qualification etc. will be verified. A notice for original testimonial verification along with the provisional list will be published with in 6 April 2023 in the website of www.purbabardhaman.nic.in and www.wbhealth.gov.in.
