Selection:
1. Selection of the applicant for the relevant post, Computer Based Test. (CBT) will be done on the basis of marks obtained. Computer based question will be of 100 marks in which each question will be multiple choice of 01 mark.
2. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of computer based final marks. The selected applicant will be given category wise and category wise allocation for the respective post in proportion to the post.
Computer Based Test:
1. Computer based test will be organized in the city of Madhya Pradesh.
2. The applicant will have to select his/her desired city on the basis of preference from the options of extra city given while filling the details in the online application form. After submitting the application, any request made by the applicant for making any amendment in the para city will not be considered. Allotment of para city selected by the applicant: Para city can also be allotted in addition to the para city selected by the applicant.
3. Regarding the allocation of Exam city and Centre. The decision of MPPGCL is final.

How to Apply:
1. Application must be submitted online through the Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company Limited’s official website (https://mppgcl.mp.gov.in). Applications submitted through any other means will not be accepted.
2. To fill the online application, relevant instructions/guidelines are available on the Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company Limited’s website (https://mppgcl.mp.gov.in) in the application portal.
3. Before filling the online application, the applicant must carefully read and understand the instructions and guidelines provided on the portal of Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company Limited’s website (https://mppgcl.mp.gov.in).
4. The applicant must have a valid email ID and mobile number. The registered email ID and mobile number provided by the applicant during online application must remain active until the completion of the recruitment process. Alteration of the registered email ID and mobile number in the online application will not be possible. All communication regarding the online application submitted by the applicant will be sent to the registered email ID and mobile number by the company.
5. The applicant must upload the following self-attested documents along with the online application:
i. Marksheet of Class 10th.
ii. Proof of permanent residency of Madhya Pradesh (for native applicants of Madhya Pradesh).
iii. Caste certificate (for reserved category applicants of Madhya Pradesh).
iv. Income and asset certificate (for economically weaker section applicants of Madhya Pradesh).
v. Disability certificate (for differently-abled applicants of Madhya Pradesh).
vi. Checklist – A comprehensive list of documents/certificates required for verification as per the relevant position.

Instructions, and Information:
1. The applicant must be a citizen of India.
2. Before submitting the online application, the applicant must carefully review and verify the details and information provided in the application form for accuracy and authenticity.
3. Applicants must exercise caution and verify their qualifications and credentials in accordance with the requirements for the position they are applying for. It is advisable to carefully review and verify their eligibility and credentials before proceeding with the application for any post.
4. It is mandatory for the applicant to have a registered email ID and mobile number active for at least one year from the date of application submission. Any request for modification after registration of the email ID and mobile number in the online application will not be accepted by the company. All communication regarding the online application submitted by the applicant will be sent to the registered email ID and mobile number by the company.
5. Any candidate who has two or more living children, one of whom was born on or after 26/01/2001, will not be eligible for appointment to any service or post. However, any candidate who already has one living child and has another child born on or after the aforementioned date, and if the total number of children is two or more, will also not be eligible for appointment to any service or post.
6. The income certificate of the candidate’s father (non-income layer) issued by the competent authority (Tehsildar) must be submitted.
7. Candidates belonging to economically weaker sections will have to submit income and property proof issued by the competent authority (Tehsildar) for income and asset declaration.
8. Reservation for Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes will apply only to those candidates whose caste certificate has been issued by the competent authority (Revenue Department) according to the reservation policy of the state. For this purpose, the candidate will have to submit the caste certificate along with the domicile/migrant certificate issued by the competent authority (Revenue Department) during document verification.
9. Physically handicapped candidates must submit a disability certificate issued by the District Medical Board/Competent Authority for disability proof.
10. Candidates who have married below the prescribed minimum age for marriage must not apply as per the extraordinary notification issued by the Madhya Pradesh government dated 10/03/2000.
11. As per the order of the Social Justice and Disabled Welfare Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, reference no. F 3-17-96-2-1, dated 25/10/1996, candidates against whom criminal charges have been proven guilty for offenses against women will not be eligible for appointment to any service or post.
12. The Madhya Pradesh Power Generation Company Limited reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions as required.
13. The candidate must have completed 18 years of age as of the last date of application submission. After filling out the application form, the candidate must also submit a medical examination conducted by the District/Regional Medical Board for the correct health status.
14. Candidates with disabilities will be given consideration for appointment to the post of Assistant. Their suitability will be decided based on a medical examination conducted by the competent authority (Medical Board) for disability certification.
15. Candidates belonging to socially and economically backward classes, scheduled castes, scheduled tribes (except non-income layer), physically handicapped, female applicants, who wish to avail benefits of reservation, must obtain the certificate of caste, income, and non-residence/migrant issued by the competent authority (Revenue Department) during document verification. Failure to submit such documents will lead to rejection of their claim for reservation and selection.
16. The candidate must be physically fit for the position applied for. The disability certificate issued by the District/Regional Medical Board must be submitted during document verification.
17. Candidates with disabilities will be given priority for appointment to the post of Assistant. Their disability percentage should be a minimum of 40 as per the guidelines of the Madhya Pradesh government.
18. The declaration of disability will be carried out as per the online application portal with UIDAI ID. After verification, the disability certificate will be issued manually.
19. As per the order of the Social Justice Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, reference no. F 8-3/2013/AA, dated 17/07/2014, the satisfaction of the candidate’s disabled status will be taken into consideration.
20. Original documents must be submitted for verification during document submission. Failure to submit original documents will result in rejection of the candidate’s claim. No further consideration will be given to the candidate in such a case.
21. Any dispute regarding eligibility/selection will be subject to the jurisdiction of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur. The decision of the selection committee will be final and binding.
22. As per the order issued by the Revenue Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, vide Ref. No. F-4-4/2013/UNAYAM/4 dated 13/09/2013, candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, Other Backward Classes (excluding Creamy Layer), and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) are entitled to reimbursement of one-way rail or bus fare for appearing in the examination. Upon submission of valid proof, reimbursement will be processed accordingly.
23. Candidates applying for reserved positions are advised to ensure that they fulfill all eligibility criteria, including submission of required documents, as per the prescribed format. Any claim made by the applicant regarding selection or appointment will not be entertained once the selection has been made as per the prescribed norms.
24. If any discrepancy or incorrect information is found in the documents submitted by the applicant, such as domicile certificate, caste certificate, educational certificates, etc., the selection/appointment of the candidate or his/her candidature will be canceled, and appropriate action will be taken as per the rules.
25. Reimbursement of expenses for satisfactory participation as per the prescribed norms will be subject to the submission of reports. Provisional satisfaction will be provided until the submission of the report. Failure to submit the report within the stipulated time will lead to the recovery of expenses incurred for the satisfaction through revenue recovery.
26. Reservation candidates, including Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, Other Backward Classes (excluding Creamy Layer), Persons with Disabilities, and economically weaker sections, are subject to scrutiny for their eligibility, verification, and satisfactory participation as per the prescribed norms. If it is found that they do not meet the criteria of the state government’s reservation list or if their submitted documents related to caste/category are invalid or false, their reimbursement will be revoked accordingly, and appropriate legal action will be taken against them for providing false information.
27. No requests for amendments or modifications related to name, date of birth, or caste/category will be entertained after the submission of the application. Applicants are advised to carefully fill out all relevant information accurately and cross-verify it before submitting the application. The application should be submitted with utmost care and accuracy to avoid any inconvenience.
