Applications are now open for one temporary position of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) in a DST-SERB funded project titled “Epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM) and Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) binding peptides through deconvolution of antibodies for the management of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC)” at the Department of Medicinal Chemistry, National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Ahmedabad.
This is your chance to be part of groundbreaking research aimed at advancing the management of triple-negative breast cancer. As a Senior Research Fellow, you will play a pivotal role in the project, working alongside experts in medicinal chemistry to develop innovative solutions for this challenging disease.

1. M. Pharm/ MS Pharm/ MSc or Equivalent with specialization in Organic chemistry/Medicinal Chemistry/ Pharmaceutical Chemistry/ Process Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry |
| Desirable Qualification | GATE/CSIR/UGC NET/GPAT qualified. Publications (at least one) in standard refereed journals |
| Salary | Rs. 35,000/ month + HRA as applicable |
| Essential Work Experience | Two years’ experience in organic synthesis or medicinal chemistry with वेल versed in compound characterization techniques (Mandatory) |
| Desired Work Experience | a) Work experience in peptide synthesis, purification b) Peptide isolation and characterization c) HPLC (analytical/preparative) d) Anti-cancer activity assay (cell culture and in-vitro assay) |
| Tenure | Initially for a period of one year which is extendable to further two years subjected to continuation of the project and satisfactory performance of candidate. |
