Key Responsibilities / Outcomes:

• Analysis of raw material, in-process, finished products & stability samples of various formulation products: oral solids, injectable & ophthalmic products.
• Handling of QC Instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, pH Meter, etc.
• Exposure on software like Empowers, and Labware LIMS.
• Knowledge on the GLP & GDP practices.
• Execution of validation, qualification and calibration activities in QC laboratory.
• Preparation of SOPs, GTP, STP, specification, protocol, IOCP, record of analysis and analysis reports.

• Handling, issuance and maintenance of consumables, glassware’s, chemicals, reference standards, workingworking standards and cinematographic columns etc.
• Preference to candidates with exposure to regulatory audits like USFDA.
• To review raw materials, in-process, intermediate, finished products, packing material, stability, Hold time samples, qualification, calibration & AMT documents.
• Investigation of OOS test results and laboratory incidences.
• Ensure compliance, Safety and 100% Good Laboratory Practices.
