Designation: Assistant Manager/Manager
Desired Candidate Qualification:
1. MBBS/Md pharmacology
2. BDS/MDS with pharma experience
3. M. Pharm with pharmacology specialization
4. Pharm D
Experience: 2-3 Years with relevant experience
Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Job Description:
1. To ensure scientific expertise in medical communication and positioning.
2. To conduct comprehensive scientific literature search to prepare training material for new and/or old products.
3. To conduct medical training programs for fresher and refresher course for field force.
4. To keep abreast of the latest scientific information on products, therapy areas, landmark trials, guidelines from scientific associations on therapy areas.
5. To prepare CME presentations as per requirement of KOL/ Product Management Team on timely basis.
Desired Skills & Experience:
1. Candidate should be MBBS/MD pharamacology or M.Pharm (Pharmacology preferable) / Pharm D with minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical company handling either :
▪︎ Training & Development
▪︎ Medico Marketing
2. Candidate should have good experience in handling multiple therapeutic segments.
3. Candidate should have strong strategic and analytical capabilities with demonstrated experience in analysing complex situation.
4. Candidate should have:
a. Knowledge of Medical
b. Terminology, Excellent Presentation skill, Skills for planning & execution, Good organizational skill, Good written & verbal communicationskills, Basic IT knowledge & MS Office application.
