Job Criteria:

• Education: M.Pharm / B.Pharm
• Experience: 2 to 8 years

Job Role:

• Production Responsibilities:
  • Manage the granulation, compression, coating, pelletization, and capsule filling areas.
  • Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Packing Responsibilities:
  • Oversee bulk bottle/blister packing, Track and Trace, serialization, and documentation.
  • Operate and maintain packing machines such as CVC, Servo, Countec, CAM, BQS, HONGA, and UHLMANN.

Junior Executive / Executive – Production (Injectable)

• Education: M.Pharm / B.Pharm
• Experience: 2 to 7 years in aseptic practices and good documentation practices.

Job Role:

• Handle manufacturing skids, Fedegari autoclaves, isolators, and lyophilizers.
• Manage vial washing and filling operations (vial/ophthalmic/PFS).
• Maintain proficiency in aseptic filtration, FFS, and the operation of cleaning systems.

Executive – Quality Assurance / Quality Control (OSD / Injectable / API)

Quality Control Job Criteria:

• Education: M.Pharm / B.Pharm
• Experience: 2 to 7 years.

Quality Control Job Role:

• Utilize QC instruments, including HPLC, LCMS, GC, UV-spectrophotometer, and dissolution apparatus.
• Manage QMS activities and maintain accurate lab records.
• Ensure compliance with GLP and quality control standards.

Quality Assurance Job Criteria:

• Education: M.Pharm / B.Pharm
• Experience: 2 to 7 years.

Quality Assurance Job Role:

• Conduct area and equipment line clearance, process validation, and cleaning validation.
• Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
• Manage quality-related documentation, including investigations and compliance activities.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates must possess:

• Relevant experience in regulated pharmaceutical plants.
• Familiarity with regulatory documentation and cGMP/GLP standards.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and compliance.
