Educational Qualifications:
- The candidate must have completed Matriculation or its equivalent.
- A Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized university or institute is required, with a minimum of 50% marks.
- The candidate must have a registration certificate from the Uttar Pradesh Pharmacy Council.

Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacist is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to those with experience in Public Sector Banks (PSBs), Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), or Government Organizations.

Additional Skills:
- The candidate must have basic working knowledge of computer operations.

- Duty Hours: The selected pharmacist will be required to work from 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Selection Procedure:

Interview: The selection will be conducted through a walk-in-interview. Candidates will be evaluated based on:
- Overall educational qualifications (Postgraduate/Degree/Diploma).
- The distance of the candidate’s residence from the Reserve Bank Staff Quarters, Sector J, Aliganj, Lucknow.
- Experience with PSBs/PSUs/Government Organizations.

Medical Examination & Document Verification: Candidates selected for empanelment will undergo a medical examination and document verification before their engagement.

Empanelment and Engagement:
- The empanelment is purely on a need basis and does not guarantee day-to-day engagement.
- The empanelment is valid for 240 days from the date of approval by the Competent Authority.
- Engagement will be subject to the candidate’s acceptance of the terms and conditions as per Annex-I and the code of conduct as per Annex-II.
Terms and Conditions of Empanelment (Annex-I):
- Nature of Engagement: Empanelment does not confer any right on the candidate for regular employment.
- Fixed Remuneration: Engaged pharmacists will receive a fixed remuneration of ₹400 per hour and will not be entitled to any other pay, allowance, or benefits.
- Discretion of the Bank: The RBI reserves the right to stop utilizing the services of empaneled pharmacists at any time with short notice.
- Obligation to Obey Orders: Engaged pharmacists must comply with all orders and directions issued by any RBI employee under whose jurisdiction they are placed.
- Record Maintenance: Pharmacists are required to maintain stock records, update computerized dispensary packages, and ensure accurate accounting of medicine usage.
- Confidentiality: Pharmacists must maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Bank’s affairs.
- Termination: The RBI reserves the right to terminate the contract if the pharmacist fails to adhere to the terms, shows inefficiency, or indulges in any act of misconduct.
Code of Conduct (Annex-II):
- Compliance with Orders: Pharmacists must obey all orders from supervisors and maintain confidentiality.
- Honesty and Integrity: Pharmacists are expected to serve the Bank honestly and with the highest integrity.
- Prohibition on Political Activities: Pharmacists should not participate in any political activities or demonstrations.
- No Union Membership: Pharmacists are prohibited from joining trade unions or participating in strikes.
- Publication Restrictions: Pharmacists cannot publish or disclose any information related to the Bank without prior approval.
- Absenteeism: Pharmacists should not be absent from duty without permission and must make acceptable alternate arrangements during their absence.
- Prohibition on Intoxication: Pharmacists must refrain from consuming intoxicating substances while on duty.
- Sexual Harassment: Any act of sexual harassment will be treated seriously and may result in termination of the contract.
- Gifts and Gratuities: Pharmacists are not allowed to solicit or accept gifts from employees or engage in any form of referral fee arrangements.

- No Allowances: Candidates attending the walk-in-interview will not be provided with any TA/HA or other allowances.
