Competence in handling change controls, deviations, market complaints, and mock recalls. 4. Experience in Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) preparation. 5. Familiarity with Technology Transfer processes. 6. Equipment qualification, process validation, and cleaning validation experience. |

Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Officer/Executive at Getwell Pharma, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our pharmaceutical products. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Inspection and Quality Control of IPQA (MFG), Packing area, and Aseptic area.
2. Document management, including BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records), BPR (Batch Packing Records), Log Books, Protocols, and their issuance and retrieval.
3. Conducting training sessions and managing training records.
4. Ensuring audit compliance and supporting audit activities.
5. Handling deviations, change controls, market complaints, and conducting mock recalls.
6. Preparation of Annual Product Quality Review (APQR).
7. Participating in technology transfer processes.
