How to Apply & Document Submission
- OTR Registration: Register via the One Time Registration (OTR) System on the JPSC website.
- Online Entry: Fill all details including educational certificates and Experience details accurately.
- Fee Payment: Pay the required fee online before 19.02.2026.
- Hard Copy Submission (MANDATORY): Download the filled application form, sign it, and attach self-attested photocopies of:
- Matriculation Certificate (for DOB).
- Intermediate Certificate.
- Pharmacy Degree & Marksheets.
- Experience Certificate (Schedule C) as per notification Para-05.
- Caste/Residence/EWS/NOC certificates (if applicable).
- Submission Address: Send the documents via Registered/Speed Post or by hand to:
Controller of Examination, Jharkhand Public Service Commission, Circular Road, Ranchi – 834001.
