The above engagements are purely temporary in nature, time bound & co-terminus with the Revised Mission Vatsalya Scheme Provisions. Further, the online generated print out filled in application shall be signed by the candidate and submitted through speed post/Registered post to the Secretary, Nilachal Seva Pratisthan, At- Dayavihar (Benagan), Po-Gadasahi, Ps-Kanas, Dist-Puri-752017 before Dt.16.12.2023 by 5:00 PM with enclosing required self attested enclosures. Incomplete applications and/ or applications received through online / off line after the due date should be rejected. Candidates applying for different posts should send their applications along with enclosures in separate envelops for each category of post. The details of the eligibility of posts, application format are available in the website. www.nsp.org.in The CCI level staff selection Committee reserves the right to cancel any or all the applications received without any reason thereof.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
The following documents are to be attached with the printed & filled application form.
1. Self-attested photocopy of Secondary,HSC , Graduation, Post-Graduation or any other Professional qualification certificate and mark sheet.
2. One recent self-attested photograph (3.5 x 4.5 size) should be affixed to the application Form.
2. Certificate of experience issued from the previous & current employer.
4. Self-deceleration regarding non-involvement in any criminal activities especially child Related offence (Police verification Certificate shall be produced at the time of certificate Verification)
5. Training Certificate ( if any ).
