Terms & Conditions
1. Regarding the above-mentioned positions, the duration of the current responsibilities and consolidated remuneration will remain effective until 31/03/2024. Additionally, in the event of approval/cancellation of the existing positions during the fiscal year 2023-24, if the current positions are approved for the fiscal year 2024-25, services rendered in the aforementioned positions will be automatically extended until 31/03/2024. In case of approval for the positions for the fiscal year 2024-25, further reappointment for the next 11 months will be provided for resolution.
2. Candidates can submit applications from 05/02/2024 to 13/02/2024 during office hours, excluding holidays, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The submission of applications will be conducted at the District Health Department, National Health Mission, Health Department, District Council, Solapur. If candidates wish to apply for more than one position, separate applications must be submitted. If candidates appear for multiple interviews/examinations on the same day, they may be assigned to one position only. If assigned to one position, candidates will be considered for that position only, and they will be considered absent for the other positions.
3. For appointment to the above-mentioned positions, interested candidates will need to pay a fee of Rs. 150/- (One Hundred and Fifty Rupees only) for open category candidates and Rs. 100/- (One Hundred Rupees only) for reserved category candidates. This fee should be paid in the form of a Demand Draft (DD). Please note that this fee is non-refundable, and the DD should be made in favor of District Integrated Health & Family Welfare Society, Solapur. The candidate’s name, position applied for, and contact number should be mentioned on the reverse side of the DD. If the candidate’s name is not found on the DD or if it is incorrect, the candidate will not be considered for the subsequent appointment process, and no further opportunity will be provided to submit a new DD. Candidates are advised to take note of this information.
4. Since the responsibilities for the above-mentioned positions are contractual in nature, candidates shall not have any rights or claims regarding seniority, tenure, or the terms and conditions of the contract service. The service tenure for these positions does not come under the jurisdiction of the government.
5. When submitting applications for the above-mentioned positions, candidates must include the following documents: the duly filled application form, photocopies of the first page and the reverse side of the DD, 10th-grade mark sheet (proof of date of birth), 12th-grade mark sheet, undergraduate mark sheet (with the latest passing year and attempt details – if calculating the cumulative grade point average, the highest and lowest grades with all attempts will be considered), degree certificate, registration with the respective council, caste certificate, age proof (birth certificate, leaving certificate), and any other required certificates. These documents should be accompanied by attested photocopies (self-attested or attested by a gazetted officer).
6. In case of a name change due to marriage or any other reason, candidates must provide relevant documentation along with the application, such as marriage certificate, affidavit, or any other legal document. If the candidate holds a Smart Card issued by the Health Department, the photocopy of the Smart Card should be submitted along with the application. Furthermore, the validity of the documents submitted with the application will be verified during the selection process.
7. The aforementioned details regarding the positions, including the application form (front/back), action taken, reasons for delay, and the list of successful candidates, will be published on the official websites of Zilla Parishad Solapur (www.zpsolapur.gov.in) and the Health Department, Government of Maharashtra (www.arogya.maharashtra.gov.in). Candidates will not receive any notification through phone calls, SMS, or emails regarding this matter. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official websites for updates.
8. If there are any discrepancies in the documents submitted for the above-mentioned positions, candidates will need to provide additional documents as per the requirement, failing which their application may be rejected.
9. Candidates are required to clearly mention their name, position applied for, reservation category, DD number, and DD date on the DD/DD.
10. All the above-mentioned information regarding the positions under the National Health Mission will be available on the official websites of Zilla Parishad Solapur and the Health Department, Government of Maharashtra. Candidates are advised to take note of this information.
11. Candidates are requested to carefully read and understand all the instructions and conditions mentioned above before applying for the positions.
Adding caste certificate along with the application submitted by Rakhib’s relatives is necessary. Otherwise, the application may be rejected. Since the positions are reserved, caste validity is not required. However, adding caste certificate along with the application is necessary.
12. If the caste certificate submitted along with the application for verification is found to be invalid by the verifying authority, the candidate’s name will be added to the invalid list / rejection list. Furthermore, if the candidate takes any action which leads to the submission of a valid certificate by the verifying authority, the candidate’s name will be added to the lowest priority list in the invalid list / rejection list.
13. Registration with the council or any other paper is valid for a certain period. Candidates without a valid certificate will be rejected. Also, if the candidate submits an application for registration with the council and attaches a caste certificate along with it, the candidate’s name will not be considered for registration. Therefore, it is necessary for the candidate to have both registration certificate from the council and valid caste certificate.
14. If the example of the caste given below is found to be valid, and if the current example of the caste does not match with the example given, the candidate will not be considered eligible for the caste mentioned. (Note: If there is any change in the given example, or if the example does not match the name of the caste center, the candidate will not be considered eligible.)
15. If the candidate’s application is found to be lacking, incomplete, or the caste mentioned is not valid, and if the candidate is found to have altered the caste, or if the candidate has been rejected, strict action will be taken against the candidate, and the candidate will not be allowed to apply in any form in the future. If there are any difficulties in verifying the caste, they should be brought to the attention of the office for discussion.
16. The candidate must be physically and mentally capable for the said post, and must not have committed any crime against children or women.
17. If the central government or state government withdraws the name of the post mentioned, the candidate will not be given any further notice, and the candidate’s service will be terminated immediately.
18. If the candidate’s caste is mentioned in the list of valid candidates submitted by the caste verification committee, then the candidate will be considered based on the marks obtained according to the list prepared based on the marks given by the committee. If the candidate’s caste is not mentioned in the list of valid candidates submitted by the committee, then the candidate will not be considered eligible based on the current caste.
19. Along with the caste certificate, the previous 3 months’ income certificate issued by the competent authority/organization on their letterhead, signed and verified by the competent authority along with their seal, must be submitted. If the income certificate is not available, the marks of the caste will not be considered.
20. If there is a change in the number of posts mentioned for the position, the previous written exam will be considered, and the marks obtained will be calculated to determine the further rank of the current position based on the marks obtained. The marks obtained in the written exam will not be revised to include any other type of marks. The candidate must apply accordingly.
21. Proof of leaving the school, birth certificate, and proof of having studied in the middle school (certificate) should be submitted or any other document showing the candidate’s date of birth should be submitted.
22. If the candidate fails to appear for the hearing within 02 months of the notice issued by the court or is absent during the hearing, action will be taken against the candidate for not appearing for the hearing. The candidate will not be allowed to appear for the hearing before or after the specified period. The candidate should not bring any kind of pressure or influence.
23. If any documents are submitted along with the application, except for the ones mentioned, the application may be rejected. Instead of stapling the papers together, the candidate should use a tag or paper clip to attach the caste documents.
24. The post of Assistant Health Officer or any other post related to this field must be completed by a medical officer with an MBBS degree from a recognized institution. According to the notice dated 27/04/2023 issued by the department, direct interviews are conducted for the said posts, and marks are not awarded based on the notice dated 27/04/2023.
25. According to the current marks, candidates with similar marks will be grouped together and a merit list will be prepared. If there is equality in age, priority will be given to the candidate who is older. If there is still equality in age, priority will be given to the candidate who belongs to the reserved category. The candidate’s details should be registered accordingly.
26. Candidates currently working in the National Health Mission, as per the order dated 29/09/2018 issued by the Commissioner, Health Services and Mission Director, NHM, Mumbai, are eligible for service extension for up to 5 years. For this purpose, the candidate should attach a valid caste certificate, and mention the details of the current caste certificate in the existing caste certificate.
27. The ability to maintain confidentiality and stay focused on the assigned tasks is essential for the mobile phone provided for official use, and candidates should be selected accordingly.
