HSACS Contractual Vacancies 2025 at District Civil Hospital, Karnal

Short Information
Haryana State AIDS Control Society (HSACS), Panchkula, has released a notification for various contractual posts at the ART Center and Blood Bank, District Civil Hospital, Karnal. The positions are available up to 31.03.2026 and are renewable based on performance. Interested candidates must send their applications to the office of the Civil Surgeon, Karnal. The deadline for submission is 21.08.2025 by 2:00 PM.

Vacancy Details, Salary, and Qualifications

1 Pharmacist ART Post (General-1) Rs. 21,000/-
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institute. OR Diploma in Pharmacy.
  • Candidate must be registered in the State Pharmacy Council.
  • Experience: 3 years for diploma holders.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.
 Community candidates from HIV infected/affected and key communities.
2 Lab Technician (ART) (EWS-1) Rs. 21,000/-
  • B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) or BMLS. OR Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or DMLS (min. 2 years).
  • Degree/Diploma from a UGC/State/Central Govt. recognized institute.
  • Experience: 1 year for B.Sc. (MLT/BLMS) / 2 years for DMLT/DMLS.
 Candidates from HIV infected/affected communities; field-level engagement experience.
3 Staff Nurse (ART) (General-1) Rs. 21,000/-
  • B.Sc. Nursing or GNM.
  • Must be registered in the State Nursing Council.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, email).
  • Experience with key populations and affected communities at field level.
 Community candidates from HIV infected/affected and key communities.
4 Lab Technician, Blood Bank (Special Backward Class) Rs. 25,000/-
  • Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (M.L.T) after 10+2.
  • Registered with the concerned Para-Medical Council.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in blood banking for degree holders; 1 year for diploma holders.
  • Knowledge of computers.
 Post Graduate Degree; Proficiency in MS Office.
5 Counsellor(ART) (EWS-1) Rs. 21,000/-
  • Graduate in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development/Nursing with 3 years experience. OR Post Graduate in the same fields.
  • For PLHIV Candidates: Graduate degree with 1 year of experience.
 Experience in NACP facility; Computer literate; Familiar with govt. health policies.
6 Data Manager at ART Post (General-1) Rs. 21,000/-
  • Graduate in any discipline with Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications.
  • Experience in data management and health-related software.
 Graduate/Masters in Statistics/Mathematics; Experience in HIV/AIDS Programme.
7 Community Care Coordinator Post (General-1) Rs. 18,000/-
  • PLHIV, with 10+2 pass.
  • Working knowledge of English and Local Language.
 Working knowledge of computers, internet, and email.

  • This is an OFFLINE application process.
  • Applications must be submitted on the prescribed proforma.
  • Attach attested photocopies of all required documents (certificates, testimonials, experience, etc.).
  • Submit the complete application form to: ROOM No. 12, Office of Civil Surgeon, Karnal.
  • The deadline for submission is 21.08.2025 by 2:00 PM.
  • Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana (Bonafide domicile certificate required).
  • Applicant must have passed Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric level.
  • Age will be as per Haryana Govt. policy.
  • Reservation policy of Govt. of Haryana will be enforced.
Selection Criteria The total marks for selection are 50, distributed as follows:
  • Essential Basic Qualifications: 30 marks (calculated as 30 x Percentage / 100).
  • Post Qualification Relevant Work Experience: 10 marks (02 marks per completed year, max 10).
  • Local Area (Haryana Resident): 10 marks.
