1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days depending on your PIN code.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. We occasionally offer free shipping on orders exceeding a specific cart value, which will be highlighted on the website.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package live.

4. P.O. Boxes and Restricted Areas

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If your address is in a remote or restricted delivery zone, our customer support team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method.
