Pharmacy India is committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Due to the nature of our educational and health-related products, we have a strict return policy to maintain quality and safety standards.

1. Conditions for Return

Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

• The product delivered is physically damaged or defective.
• The wrong product, book, or material was delivered to you.
• Pages or components of educational materials are missing.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and copyright reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Digital downloads, online test series, or e-books.
• Opened or used physical products.
• Items reported for return after 3 days of delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Please provide your Order ID and clear photographs of the damaged/wrong item. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide you with a shipping address to send the item back.
