1. Refund Eligibility
A customer may be eligible for a refund only in the following cases:
- Payment was deducted but the order/service was not confirmed.
- The customer received a damaged, defective, or wrong physical product.
- Duplicate payment was made for the same order.
- The purchased service/course was not activated due to a technical issue from our side.
- Any other case approved by PHARMACY INDIA after verification.
2. Non-Refundable Products & Services
The following products/services are non-refundable and non-cancellable once purchased or accessed:
- Digital products such as PDFs, eBooks, downloadable study material, notes, test series, online content, or recorded lectures.
- Online courses, live classes, subscription-based services, or membership plans once access has been provided.
- Products purchased during special offers, discounts, combo deals, or clearance sales.
- Printed books or physical study materials once shipped, except in case of damaged, defective, or wrong item received.
- Any product/service clearly marked as “Non-Refundable” at the time of purchase.
3. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment / Before Service Activation
Customers may request cancellation only if:
- The order has not been shipped.
- The digital service/course/access has not been activated.
- The request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
If the order has already been processed, shipped, or access has been provided, cancellation may not be accepted.
After Shipment / After Access
Once a physical product has been shipped or digital access has been provided, the order cannot be cancelled.
4. Return / Replacement Policy for Physical Products
Return or replacement requests are accepted only for physical products in the following cases:
- Damaged product received.
- Defective product received.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Missing item in the package.
The customer must raise a return/replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.
To process the request, the customer must provide:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the damaged, defective, or wrong product
- Unboxing video, if required
- Delivery proof or invoice
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
5. Refund Timeframe
After approval of the refund request, the refund will be processed and credited within 7–10 working days.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Payment Failure / Duplicate Payment

In case of duplicate payment, the extra amount will be refunded after successful verification.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, handling charges, or payment gateway charges may be non-refundable unless the error is from PHARMACY INDIA’s side.
