This policy dictates how financial refunds are processed at Pharmacy India after an order cancellation or a successful return.
1. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be canceled, and the Return Policy will apply.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are initiated only after a returned product passes our quality inspection. If the product is found to be used, damaged by the customer, or missing its original packaging, the refund request will be rejected.
3. Processing Time and Method
- Prepaid Orders: Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Bank Account) within 5 to 7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, you will be required to share your bank account details. The refund will be transferred via NEFT/IMPS within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Failed Deliveries
If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or repeated unavailability, the package will be returned to us. A refund will be issued after deducting the actual shipping charges incurred by Pharmacy India.
