| Proficiency Trainees (Paramedics) – Sl. 1 to 12 (includes Pharmacist) | ₹10,000.00 + applicable skill & knowledge enhancing allowances (*Maximum ₹7,020.00) = ₹17,020.00 (maximum) based on attendance. |
| Proficiency Trainees (Nurse) – Sl. 13 | ₹10,000.00 + applicable skill & knowledge enhancing allowances (*Maximum ₹7,020.00) = ₹17,020.00 (maximum) based on attendance. |
| Proficiency Trainees (Paramedics) – Sl. 14 | ₹17,980 + applicable skill & knowledge enhancing allowances (*Maximum ₹7,020.00) = ₹25,000.00 (maximum) based on attendance. |

| Tenure, Working Hours & Leave | |
|---|---|
| Tenure of Engagement | Each selected candidate shall be imparted 18 months’ training in defined areas. Performance will be periodically reviewed on a six-monthly / annual basis. |
| Working Hours | Minimum of 8 hours a day for six days a week or 48 hours a week. Rates will be pro-rated if engagement is for less. |
| Leave Entitlement | Proficiency Trainees will be eligible for 07 (seven) days leave in a year, subject to prior approval, and Closed Holidays (or Compensatory off thereof) or National Holidays. |
| Job Description & Medical Facility | |

| Job Description | Proficiency Trainees (Nurses & Paramedics) are required to work in their respective departments of M&HS as needed and attend on call and emergent cases. |
| Medical Facility | Medical benefits shall be available for self only at the SAIL-ISP Hospital, Burnpur, without any referrals. |

Selection will be through a walk-in interview at the following venue:

No change in the date and time of the interview will be entertained. Candidates selected will be required to join immediately upon issuance of the engagement offer. |

| Nature of Engagement | Purely temporary, creating no right for regular appointment. No PF/Gratuity or other benefits unless specified. |
| Maternity Leave | Eligible as per Maternity Benefit Act, 1961, subject to fulfillment of conditions. |
| Company Assets | Proficiency Trainees are responsible for proper usage of company assets and must return them upon expiry or termination of engagement. |
| Experience Certificate | Issued by SAIL-IISCO Steel Plant Hospital upon successful completion. |
| Financial Aspects | Income Tax/GST as per applicable provisions. No HRA will be payable. |
| Reservations | Presidential Directives on reservation will be followed. |
| Conduct | Candidates must adhere to norms of Safety, Discipline, Conduct, Professional Ethics, and lawful orders from Medical Administration. |
| Termination of Engagement | Can be terminated by one month’s notice from either party, or immediately by the Company due to:

| Validity of Certificates | All certificates and documents will be verified during ‘Walk-in-Interview’. Candidates failing to produce originals will not be allowed to appear. Ensure eligibility before interview. |
| Travel Allowance (TA/DA) | No TA/DA will be paid for attending the ‘Walk-in-Interview’ / selection process. |
| Disputes | SAIL, ISP reserves the sole authority on all matters; their decision is final. Court of jurisdiction for any dispute will be at Asansol. |
