Recruitment for Group ‘A’ & ‘B’ Posts on Deputation Basis – 2025

SHORT INFORMATION

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Rishikesh, has invited applications in the prescribed format from suitable candidates for filling up various Group ‘A’ & ‘B’ posts on a DEPUTATION BASIS. Key vacancies include positions like Chief Pharmacist, Sr. Pharmacist, Pharmacist Grade I, and Stores Officer (Medical). Interested candidates employed in Central/State Governments, Union Territories, or Autonomous Bodies who meet the eligibility criteria can apply. HOW TO APPLY

This is a strictly OFFLINE application process. Applications must be sent through the proper channel.
Download the prescribed application proforma (Annexure-A) from the official notification.
Submit the application along with attested copies of all relevant certificates to the address mentioned below.
The envelope must be superscribed as: “Application for the post of ____________ on deputation basis”.
Applications must be sent only via Speed Post or Registered Post.

Documents to be Submitted:

The application must be forwarded by the parent department along with the following documents:

Duly attested photocopies of Confidential Reports (CRs) of the applicant for the last five years.
A Vigilance Clearance Certificate indicating no pending disciplinary/criminal proceedings.
The latest Salary Slip showing designation, grade pay, and level.
A statement showing any minor/major penalties imposed, if any.
A certificate confirming the integrity of the officer.
Applications received without the proper channel or missing required documents will not be considered.
