How to Apply for ECHS Pharmacist Positions
Step-by-Step Offline Application Guidelines
Application Proforma: Download the standardized contractual application format directly from the official ECHS portal (www.echs.gov.in).
Separate Applications: Candidates applying for multiple polyclinics or multiple positions must mandatorily fill out and submit separate application forms for each post.
D.Pharm / B.Pharm Degree / Diploma Certificates and year-wise marks sheets.
Valid Registration Certificate with Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) or State Pharmacy Council.
Experience Certificates proving minimum 03 years of post-qualification service.
Discharge Book / PPO / Service Records (Mandatory for Ex-Servicemen / ESM).
Mailing / Submission Address: Submit the completed application package in a sealed envelope superscribed with “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PHARMACIST AT PC MUMBAI / SEMO / MAHAD” to:
Officer-in-Charge, Station Headquarters ECHS, INS Angre, SBS Road, Mumbai – 400001.
Deadlines: The application must reach the headquarters on or before 27th November (by hand or registered speed post). Late applications received after the cut-off date will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Interview Instructions: Shortlisted candidates must report to Station Headquarters ECHS, INS Angre, Mumbai along with all Original Testimonials, Degrees, Pharmacy Registration, Experience Certificates, and Identity Proof. No TA/DA will be paid.
