Guidelines for recruitment and instructions to candidates
Candidates are instructed to submit the filled in applications form downloaded from the official website i.e., https://hyderabad.telangana.gov.in along with a set of self-attested following certificate copies to “The Joint Director, Insurance Medical Services, ESI Hospital Campus, Narsampet Road, Labour Colony, Warangal, Pin. No.506013”, so as to reach on or before 28:08:2023 by 5:00 P.M., and no application will be entertained later.
Self attested copies of the following certificates should be enclosed along with the application form.
i. SSC or Equivalent examination,ii.Intermediate (or) 10+2 examination.
її.Latest Caste Certificate issued by the Tahsildar/MRO concerned,
iv.Relevant certificates in respect of candidate claiming PH, Ex-Servicemanand EWS and other quota.
V. Bonafide certificates for the study from St to 7th class and in case ofprivate study, Residence certificate from the Tahsildar/MRO concerned,
vi. Marks memos (Consolidated/Year wise),
vii. Provisional Certificates,
viii. Registration Certificate from TS Medical board/Para Medical Board
ix. One photograph duly pasted and signed across on the application form.
The appointment is purely temporary on contract basis for a period of one year. No automatic renewal of contract is permissible. If the Department need the contract services for further period of one year, contract will be extended subject to approval from the Government.
