Conditions
1. This post is purely temporary.
2. The work shall not be made permanent at any time.
3. Under taking and contract letter for 11 months should be given.

Copies of all the following certificates must be attached with the application for the posts of Medical Officer, Pharmacist, Drug Dispenser, Therapeutic Assistant and Laboratory Technician (Level-2).
