VACANCY & REMUNERATION DETAILS

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & AGE LIMIT

Pharmacist Eligibility Details
Basic Qualification	Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications: (i) B.Pharmacy from a recognized Institute. OR (i) 10+2 with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) from a recognized Board. (ii) Approved Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India. Mandatory: The candidate must be registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
Work Experience	Minimum of 3 years of work experience is required.
Desirable Attributes	Any Diploma or specialized course in Pharmacy will be an added advantage.
Age Limit	For Employment: 56 Years For Contractual Term: 58 Years

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Contractual Employment Details
Contract Duration	For a period of one year, from 01 April to 31 March, renewable subject to performance and conduct review.
Working Hours	48 hours per week (8 hours per day, 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday). Sunday will be a holiday.
Leave Policy	Admissible leave of 2.5 days for every completed month of service. This will lapse if accumulated at the end of six months. Entitlement is besides Sundays & Gazetted Holidays.
Termination of Services	The contract can be terminated by either side by giving one month’s notice.

Affix a recent passport-size photograph in the designated space. Compile one set of duly self-attested photocopies of all documents as per the checklist below. Submit the completed application form along with all enclosures to the office of the concerned ECHS Stn HQ / Polyclinic before the last date. Candidates must carry all original documents for verification at the time of the interview.
Checklist of Documents to be Attached (Self-Attested Photocopies): Application Form as per format Aadhaar Card & PAN Card 10th & 12th Certificate B.Pharm / D.Pharm Degree or Diploma Certificate Mark Sheets of all professional years/semesters Valid Pharmacy Council Registration Certificate Work Experience Certificates (Minimum 3 years) Medical Fitness Certificate For Ex-Servicemen: PPO, Discharge Book, ESM I/Card No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer, if applicable.
