| General Qualification Note | Qualifications must be from an institution recognized by MCI or equivalent. |
| MCI Registration | Candidates for Medical/Specialist posts must have valid Medical Council of India (MCI) registration. |
| Jharkhand Domicile | Candidates claiming reservation under Jharkhand State must submit a valid caste certificate in the prescribed format. |

| Hiring Process & General Instructions | |
|---|---|
| Hiring Process | Personnel Interview (100 marks). Selection will be based on marks obtained in the interview. Candidates must bring the printout of the application form and all original documents/certificates along with self-attested one-set copies at the time of the interview. |
| Contractual Nature | The service is purely on a contractual basis for one year and is a full-time role. The contract may be renewed subject to satisfactory performance. There will be no claim for regularization of the position. |
| Probation Period | Performance will be reviewed after three months of the contract. A successful probation period of three months is mandatory to qualify for further service, extendable by 1 to 3 months for unsatisfactory performance. |
| Termination Clause | Employment may be terminated by giving one-month prior notice if performance is not satisfactory. The contract will be terminated if the Jharkhand government deploys staff in the said vacancy. |
| No TA/DA | No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview. |
