Application Procedure:

• This is an OFFLINE application process.
• Candidates must fill up the Standard Application Form neatly and legibly. The form can typically be obtained from the official website or relevant government portals.
• The completed application form must be submitted along with the required documents and a coloured photograph, all duly self-attested.
• Incomplete forms shall be summarily rejected.
• The name of the post applied for (PHARMACIST) must be clearly mentioned on TOP of the envelope. Envelops without this detail will not be opened.
• Applications must be sent/submitted in a sealed envelope to the office of the undersigned on or before 20/09/2025 during office hours.
• Applications received either by post or by hand after the last date of submission shall not be accepted under any circumstances.

Documents Required (Self-Attested Copies):

• 2 (Two) copies of recent passport size coloured photographs.
• Document confirming age proof (HSLC admit card or Birth Certificate or PAN card).
• All mark-sheets and pass certificates (from 10th standard onwards).
• Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC).
• Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
• Certificates of training, experience, extra-curricular activities etc. (if any).
• CV/Bio-data.

Note: Candidates not fulfilling requisite essential qualifications shall be rejected.
